Fees
CryptoRoute charges a single, transparent service fee that's included in the quote you see before you send anything. There are no hidden charges and no account fees.
How fees are shown
When you request a quote, the widget shows:
- the estimated amount you'll receive,
- the service fee (as a percentage), and
- the minimum received after slippage.
What you see is what you get — the fee is already reflected in the estimated output.
Typical fee bands
The exact service fee depends on the route. As a guide:

|---|---|
| Major stablecoin routes (e.g. USDC ↔ USDT) | 0.30–0.50% |
| Major volatile routes (e.g. BTC → ETH) | 0.50–0.70% |
| Long-tail / exotic routes | 0.70–1.20% |
Network fees (the cost of the underlying blockchain transactions) are included in the quoted rate, so you don't pay them separately on top.
No surprises
Because CryptoRoute is non-custodial, there's no deposit, withdrawal or account fee — you only ever pay the service fee shown in the quote. If a swap can't complete, your funds are returned to your refund address.
